This actual food of Indians cooked using traditional culinary techniques, local high-quality produce & contemporary presentation, coupled with world recognised Indian hospitality of Atithi Devo Bhava (the position of guest is equivalent to the position of God) from the team of Darbar Lounge, guarantees an avant-garde dining experience.
We take every possible care to make our food close to the roots. Darbar’s home styled cooked Indian food has no artificial colours, no MSGs and is full of flavours coming from Indian whole herbs.
